Candlelit bistro table with two cups of tea in a stone courtyard at dusk, a fire glowing nearby

Whenever you’re ready, I’d be glad to hear from you.

A few honest lines about where you are. I read them. If it feels right to us both, we talk. That’s the whole first step, and you’re free to stop after it.

Tell me where you are

If you’re not sure where to begin, begin with the one thing you’d change first if you could only change one.

Start with a conversation
Only for my reply.

If you’re not sure where to begin, begin with the one thing you’d change first if you could only change one. Messy is welcome.

A few lines is plenty.
Your company, practice or role, in a few words.

If you’re here, you probably already sense that something’s off, and you’re tired of being the only one who knows it. You’ve been pouring into everyone else for a long time. This is a place where you get to say how it really is for you.

I’ve been the leader on the other side of this page, the one who kept telling everyone I was fine. So whatever you write, you’ll be met with understanding. It doesn’t matter if you work on your own or lead a team, or if the revenue is still ahead of you or already here. Writing it down can feel like a bigger step than it is. It takes a few minutes, and it doesn’t sign you up for anything.

If part of you is still unsure

“It isn’t that bad yet.”

I’m glad. Small things are the easiest to talk through, and they’re often the most worth it.

“I should be able to handle this myself.”

You’ve handled a great deal yourself. That’s how you got here. I did too, for a long time. Even the most capable leaders I know like having someone to think out loud with.

“I don’t want a sales call.”

That’s fair, and this won’t be one. The call is for understanding what’s going on and whether I can help. If I can’t, I’ll tell you honestly.

Before you write

Two honest notes, offered with care.

If things with a partner or co-founder have already turned into an open fight, this isn’t the right fit right now, and the first call will say so.

Coaching isn’t therapy, and it isn’t legal, tax or financial advice. If you need one of those, the right professional will serve you better, and you deserve that.

Not ready to write yet?

That’s perfectly fine. Take your time. Start here with a few short reads, or watch on YouTube, and come back whenever you’re ready. I’ll be here.

Lead your power.
